14 - Day Returns: Under EU law, standard, non-customized items can be returned for any reason within 14 days of delivery. Items must be completely unused and in their original condition.

Custom Orders (Final Sale): Products made with personal initials or custom modifications cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Return Shipping: Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Damaged Items: If your item arrives with a crafting defect, email us immediately with photos, and we will issue a free replacement or full refund.
